The buyer, a professional hockey player, was having difficulties qualifying for a loan due to his professional contract being held outside of the United States. Cornerstone was able to provide the borrower with a loan amount of $1,103,006 at a competitive interest rate (7.00% fixed for 5 years), thirty-year term with a 30-year amortization in the time frame he needed to close.  The borrower was more than satisfied with the quality customer service they received throughout the loan process.
