The owner was looking to refinance an existing loan that was maturing and also wanted to pull cash out for additional investment opportunities.  Cornerstone was able to provide the borrower with the loan amount they wanted at an extremely competitive interest rate (6.18% fixed for 3 years), ten-year term with a 30-year amortization in the time frame they needed to close.  The borrower was more than satisfied with the quality customer service they received throughout the loan process.
